Brown & Toland Physicians, one of the largest independent physician associations in California, uses the Allscripts EHR to share health information, improve quality and increase efficiencies.
The video tells us the advantages we all know about already – it says nothing about what it took to implement, what it is like to actually use it. Again, all sales b-s. Ask anyone who has ever used, and perhaps hated an EHR – they saw the same sales pitch. And the real thing never worked quite so well or so easily as the pitch implies. And no, they don’t implement themselves.
